The Efficiency Machine
We have brought in a couple of outside consultants to review the efficiency of how our entire company operates. We have a consultant looking at the front of house operations and another skilled consultant looking at our furniture craftsmanship processes. I will update as soon as I can say more.

Restructuring
As we strive to improve overall efficiency of our operations we are trying to keep a visual record of what changes we are implementing, where projects are in production and design, and more. The entire west wall of our office is covered with brown paper and writing in various colored markers. We are all doing all that we can not to draw on the enormous pseudo canvas. As soon as one of us gives in to our creative side I will post photos.
